Hand Harvesting

Salmon swim into our gillnet fishing gear and are brought onto the boat to be picked from the net . Each fish is individually handled.

Careful Handling

The salmon are handled carefully once on board in order to preserve the salmon’s firm and consistent texture.

Chilling

Immediately after harvest, each fish is bled and put into our fish holds that circulate 34 degree refrigerated sea water before delivery to our processor. This is the number one factor in overall quality.

Flash Freezing

After delivery to our processor, each fish is filleted, trimmed, deboned and flash frozen to preserve maximum quality.
